Unisys Virtualization Operational Readiness Assessment (VORA)

This service provides a high level roadmap which identifies the client’s specific “pain points” as they move virtualization from exploratory to production standardization.  In examining the key processes, technology and people issues, Unisys helps the client “Bridge the Gap” and get back on track to realizing their objectives for Virtualization.

• Capitalizes on the Unisys Experience by basing the operational review on industry best practices, like ITIL, and on Unisys data center expertise.
• Creates an Understanding of the gaps in processes.  A facilitated workshop is used to examine current processes, discuss best practices, explore gaps and identify areas for change.
